Workers in the Warehouse Management mobile app can use menus and menu items for executing warehouse processes like receiving and picking.
The 'Detour' feature allows workers to perform lookups for specific information during the receiving and picking process.
A scenario is presented where a purchase order may have multiple lines for the same item with different delivery dates.
Configuration steps include setting up menu items, queries, and field lists for purchase order receipt and put away, as well as configuring a lookup for purchase order lines.
The demonstration involves clicking on the 'Inbound' menu item, selecting 'PO Receipt and put away', entering the purchase order number, and using the 'Lookup PO lines' button to view and select purchase order lines.
The user then confirms the selected purchase order line, enters the quantity, confirms the values, and confirms the put location to complete the pick & put work for the second purchase order line.
