Before the feature, employees had to register the product receipt through the purchase order or load in Dynamics 365 SCM.

Various parameters need to be configured in Warehouse management parameters for the feature to work effectively.
The process involves creating a purchase order, selecting the 'Inbound' menu item on the mobile device, entering the purchase order number, scanning the item barcode, confirming received quantity, and posting the product receipt with the entered number.
Mobile device menu items and steps need to be set up to enable a detour from 'Receiving completed' to 'Loads' menu and recurring batch job for automatic posting.
Ultimately, the purchase order status is changed to 'Received' after completing the process.
