Admins can configure permissions sets and user groups for each license in Business Central 2022 release wave 1.
Business Central assigns permission sets from the license to new users based on user groups.
Default permission sets can be managed on the License Configuration page.
Customizing permissions for a license type only affects newly created users.
Checking if a plan/license configuration was customized in AL cannot be done by accessing the table directly.
The codeunit 9825 "Plan Configuration" contains a procedure "IsCustomized" for checking customization.
Plan Ids can be used to check specific plans like Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Member.
