The article discusses the process of adding data to a Lakehouse by uploading a CSV file.
Instructions are provided for uploading a single CSV file by selecting the file and clicking the Upload button.
It is noted that other file types can be uploaded but may require more work to load into tables compared to CSV files.
Uploading a folder of files is similar to uploading a single file, with the option to select a folder and upload multiple files at once.
When uploading a file or folder that already exists, the option to overwrite existing files must be selected.
Manually uploading files and folders is described as a good starting point, but not ideal for a large number of files.
The article suggests the OneLake app as a future alternative for file management, as well as using pipelines to orchestrate file management.
