Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance now offers bulk-editing within the user interface, allowing users to efficiently update multiple columns across a grid.
The bulk-editing feature has been available since version 10.0.3 and is managed through the feature management workspace.
A new grid control has been introduced that enables users to easily paste information from Excel into a grid, improving data transfer and workflow.
To enable the bulk editing feature, users need to go to the feature management workspace.
Bulk editing can be applied to any editable grid, such as editing user information.
To access the bulk editing option, users need to select multiple records and click on the three dots at the right of the grid.
