Blocking journal

The blocking journal can be dedicated to a specific user manually or automatically
To configure automatic blocking, user groups need to be created in System Administration
User groups are created under System Administration > Users > User groups
Journal names are selected under General ledger > Journal setup > Journal names
Journals can be created under General ledger > Journal entries > General journals
Manual blocking allows users to restrict journal utilization to themselves by selecting the "private" button
Automatic blocking only allows users in the configured group to create and modify journals
Users not included in the group cannot access or modify the journals
