Required batch job not running

Customer had notifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain about missing batch jobs
Tasks included scanning for orphaned document references, scheduled document deletion, expired temporary files, and deleting email history
All jobs aimed at optimizing solution and are Microsoft Best Practice
Optimization and clean-up jobs are necessary to maintain performance and storage efficiency in a cloud-hosted solution
5 batch jobs recommended as best practice, can be enabled through Batch Jobs or notification link
Recommend setting up clean-up jobs from Microsoft Learn and staying informed on new archiving features
Additional job may need to be recreated and set to waiting
Overall focus on keeping system performant, efficient, and cost-effective
