Dynamics 365 Business Central – How to try out the new Chat with Copliot functionality in the UK

The 2024 wave 1 update of Business Central introduces the new “Chat with Copilot” feature, currently only available in the US localization.
Users outside of the US can still try out the feature by creating a Sandbox with the US localization.
To create a Sandbox, go to the Admin Centre in Business Central and click "New", then enter Environment Name, select Type as "Sandbox", and Country as "US".
Once the Sandbox is active, users can access it by clicking the "Sandbox_US" link.
The Copilot icon will then be visible in the Application Bar of Business Central.
Users can start experimenting with the Chat with Copilot feature in the Sandbox environment.
Microsoft will be rolling out Chat with Copilot to more regions soon.
Creating a US Sandbox allows users to get a sneak peek of the feature regardless of their location.
