Microsoft's AI assistant, Copilot, can now assist in receiving and processing virtual documents from vendors by mapping and matching the information within the document to purchase orders.
Business Central now allows for the invoicing of projects to multiple customers at once, simplifying the billing process for projects with multiple customers.
To set up the integration of Field Service and Business Central, users can navigate to the "Assisted Setup" page in Business Central and enable the necessary options.
To utilize Copilot for mapping e-documents to purchase order lines, users can click "Map E-Document" within a specific purchase order.
To invoice projects to multiple customers, users can change the "default task billing method" to multiple customers on the Projects Setup page.
