Power Automate – Get data from a Power BI dataset

Power BI datasets can provide a rich source of data for Power Automate flows.
The process starts by creating a scheduled email for a monthly summary.
Data can be fetched from a Power BI dataset using the "Run a query against a dataset" action in Power Automate.
The query text can be generated using Power BI desktop by creating a table visual and copying the query.
The data retrieved from Power BI can be converted into an HTML table for email using Power Automate actions.
It is recommended to test the flow as each action is added, and again once the flow is completed.

Power Automate is not ideal for loading large quantities of data into a new system, but it can be a useful tool for automating processes with data from a Power BI dataset.
