Allow the use of Power BI Rest APIs

To allow the use of Power BI Rest APIs, a setting must be enabled in the Power BI Admin portal under Tenant settings
The setting can be found by searching for Fabric API and selecting Specific security groups
A security group needs to be created in Entra with the service principal as a member
The security group is added to the setting in Power BI Admin portal to enable the use of Power BI Rest APIs
