Procurement managers can focus on high-impact changes and communicate directly with vendors.
The workspace includes three tiles: Low Impact Changes, High Impact Changes, and Impacted Downstream Orders.
Purchasers follow steps such as studying changes, focusing on low-risk modifications, reviewing high-risk changes, and examining remaining impact on downstream demand orders.
The High Impact Changes tile provides an AI-generated, natural-language summary of changes with high impact.
Purchasers can contact vendors via email or Microsoft Teams using the system-generated message.
The Confirmed purchase orders with changes workspace is enabled by default, but AI-powered and Copilot functionality must be enabled separately.
