Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

The custom label feature in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management allows companies to print labels for items or locations.
Previously, label printing in Dynamics was limited to the inbound and outbound processes of Warehouse Management.
Customers can now print labels for products or locations directly from any form in Dynamics.
Custom labels help facilitate warehouse implementations by allowing easy printing of location labels with bar codes.
To configure the custom label feature, users need to enable the parameter 'Display customer label print buttons' and set up a label layout data source.
The label layout data source determines from which table and form the label will be printed.
A label layout needs to be available, specifying details such as the label layout ID, description, definition type, and fields to be included.
Users can configure a label printer to print the labels, such as a virtual local ZPL printer.
