Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management offers mobile approval experience for purchase orders and requisitions.
Procurement approval activities include approvals for purchase requisitions, requisition lines, purchase orders, and purchase order lines.
The mobile application allows users to view a summary of approval tasks, due dates, and details of each purchase requisition.
Users can take actions such as approve, reject, request a change, or delegate to another user directly from their mobile device.
The Approvals Management mobile application replaces the outdated purchase order approval mobile workspace.
Prerequisites for using the app include user licenses, Dynamics 365 Operations — Activity license, and Supply Chain Management version 10.0.41 or later.
The app is available in regions where Supply Chain Management and Power Apps are supported, excluding Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty.
Installation instructions include enabling the feature in Power Platform admin center, joining Dynamics 365 Procurement and Sourcing group on Viva Engage, and installing the Dynamics 365 Approvals Management app from AppSource.
