New update on Regulatory configuration service (RCS) as globalization studio in D365FO.

Dynamics 365 ERP - General

The Regulatory Configuration Service (RCS) will be deprecated, simplifying the extension and customization of key globalization areas in Dynamics 365.
All new RCS provisioning is stopped, and support tickets should be raised for any required provisioning.
Existing RCS instances will be migrated in collaboration with partners and customers.
The application lifecycle management (ALM) part of RCS and Electronic Reporting (ER) will be done through Dataverse solutions, and a new Dataverse configuration repository will be added for ER configurations in Dynamics 365 Finance.
The e-invoicing service design experience will use the Globalization Studio workspace and align with the RCS merge timeline.
The Tax calculation service (TCS) will be seamlessly incorporated into the Globalization Studio workspace, eliminating the need for installing the TCS add-in in new environments.
Migration of tax calculation features and configurations from RCS to Dynamics 365 Finance will be provided through a background job processing.
The user experience for configuring tax features remains consistent and unaffected by this release.
