Retention periods can be adjusted as needed for data deletion.
Retention policies can be applied automatically or manually.
Automatic application creates a job queue entry to apply policies according to defined retention periods.
The job queue entry applies policies daily by default, but timing can be adjusted.
Manual application involves using the "Apply Manually" action and toggling the "Manual" option.
Records can be excluded or included based on filters defined in the "Apply to all records" tab.
Custom tables can be added to the table selection on the Retention Policy page through customization.
Developers can set Mandatory or Default filters on custom tables for retention policies.
