How to Enable the welcome content creator?

Administrators can provide customized welcome content to help creators get started with Power Apps.
Adding welcome content replaces the default Power Apps first-time help experience for creators.
Once welcome content is enabled, creators will see a customized home screen.
This feature is currently in preview and not recommended for production environments.
The startup window can be edited through the Power Platform Administration or PowerShell.
To add a welcome screen, log in to the Power Platform Administration Center, select Environments, choose a managed environment, and then select Edit Managed Environment.
Welcome content can include plain text or use Markdown formatting.
The welcome screen can provide guidance, training materials, idea submissions, tips, and more to help Power App creators.
