To upload documents to forms, ensure tables are 'Active' by updating them in Organization Administration.
Enable relevant forms by setting the flag 'Always Enabled' in Document Types under Organization Administration.
Specify Document Types with location as 'Sharepoint', enter SharePoint Address, and select the folder for document upload.
Subfolders within the selected folder can be listed for easy file organization.
Uploaded files in designated Document Types are automatically stored in the specified SharePoint folders for easy collaboration and management.
