Configure Gmail SMTP service in Business Central without "Allow Less Secure" setting

Business Central offers great email features for sending emails with Rich Text, attachments, etc.
To send emails from Business Central, you need to connect with services like Outlook or Gmail.
Google has removed the "Allow Less Secure Apps" setting from Google Accounts starting May 2022.
The replacement for "Allow Less Secure Apps" is "App Passwords" for sending emails from Business Central using Gmail.
Google will also remove this feature from Google Workspace accounts by September 2024.
To configure Gmail for sending emails in Business Central, go to "Manage your Google Account" and click on Security.
Under Security, click on "2-Step Verification" and scroll to the bottom to access "App Passwords."
Create a new app password, paste it in the "Password" field of the Business Central Email Account, and test sending an email for success.
