App Registration in the Azure Portal

Dynamics 365 ERP - Development

Step 1: Go to Azure portal
Step 2: Navigate to App registration
Step 3: Create a new registration by providing a name and clicking on Register
Step 4: Note down the Client ID and Tenant ID for future use
Step 5: Access Certificates and secrets in Manage
Step 6: Add a new client secret with a name and expiry date
Step 7: Copy and save the value of the secret as it will only be visible once
