Microsoft Copilot for Sales is set to be released in October 2024.
It will use sentiment analysis to log and categorize objections during meetings and provide instant responses.
Meeting summary notes generated by AI can be saved to CRM from the post meeting recap tab in Teams.
Teams will prompt users to send out "Thank you and next steps" emails with AI-generated summaries and action items after meetings.
Users are advised to double-check the information generated by Copilot, especially regarding names or product functionality.
Opportunities in CRM can be created from AI-generated meeting summaries starting in November 2024.
The Copilot for Sales pane in Outlook will collect communication data with contacts, including summaries of emails and meetings.
Users can use Copilot in OneNote to summarize notes and save them to CRM without changing applications.
