Reminders are a method to handle pending payments with customers.
Three main additions to the reminders module in Business Central 2024 Release Wave 1 include new cues, automation for reminders, and customizable emails.
To send reminders manually, go to "Reminders", choose "New" or "Create Reminders...", and issue and send the reminder by email.
To set up automatic reminders, create three automations: one for creating reminders, one for issuing reminders, and one for sending reminders.
To send custom email reminders, enable the feature in "Reminder Terms" and customize emails for each reminder level via "Customer Communication".
