Users can display their name on the top navigation bar in Business Central by setting it up in Microsoft 365.
When a user signs in to Business Central, their profile photo or initials are displayed in the upper right corner.
To display the user's name, access the Microsoft 365 admin center from the App Launcher or open it directly.
In the admin center, go to Settings -> Org settings -> Organization profile -> Custom themes.
Choose to Add theme, then select Show the user’s display name and save the changes.
After refreshing the page in Business Central, the user's name will be displayed on the top navigation bar.
