The article discusses how to create an environment with all demo/sample data in Business Central SaaS/Cloud W1 version.
Demo/sample data is automatically installed when creating the environment, except for "W1 countries."
To install all demo/sample data in the SaaS version, use Configuration Packages to import W1.ENU.EVALUATION Configuration Package File.
After importing the package, apply the data to the tables to have the sample data written into the database.
If more sample data is needed, install the Contoso Coffee extension to import extended data for services, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.
In the latest version (BC24.1), the Contoso Coffee extension is already installed by default.
Microsoft updates module data or adds new modules, allowing users to configure and generate demonstration data for different modules.
It is recommended to copy a company after importing data to have a complete backup.
