Dynamics 365 Business Central introduces generative AI features powered by Azure OpenAI
Copilot capabilities in Business Central are optional until the next major update
Features like bank reconciliation and marketing text suggestions can be turned on or off in the Feature Management page
Copilot & AI Capabilities page allows users to enable or disable individual capabilities
Copilot is available in supported countries/regions but may use Azure OpenAI Service from different geographies
An Allow data movement switch on the Copilot page is needed for regions where Azure OpenAI is not available
To turn off Copilot for the entire organization, the Privacy Notices Status page can be used to disable Copilot usage for everyone
Checking Disagree for Everyone for the Azure OpenAI record will disable Copilot for all users
