- Copilot & AI Capabilities page allows users to enable or disable individual capabilities
- Copilot is available in supported countries/regions but may use Azure OpenAI Service from different geographies
- An Allow data movement switch on the Copilot page is needed for regions where Azure OpenAI is not available
- To turn off Copilot for the entire organization, the Privacy Notices Status page can be used to disable Copilot usage for everyone
- Checking Disagree for Everyone for the Azure OpenAI record will disable Copilot for all users
