DevOps Parent Child Hierarchy in Power BI

Azure DevOps is built around the pattern that items have child items and a backlog view will show items in a hierarchy.
The author uses the Agile process with a hierarchy structure of Epic
Feature
User Story
Task.
The DAX Patterns from SQLBI are adapted to DevOps data in this post.
The ItemPath function is used to create a list of IDs in the hierarchy above the current row.
DevOps hierarchy level columns are added using the Epic, Feature, User Story, and Task levels.
A matrix visual is added to display the hierarchy in action, with work items split out into features, etc.
Measures are fixed to ensure rows are not blank by comparing the maximum path length with the level being displayed.
The measures help roll up the data to different levels for easier reporting on DevOps data.
