Slay the Spreadsheet Monster: Bulk Editing in D365 F&O to the Rescue!

Bulk editing in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations allows users to update multiple rows of data at once, saving time and effort.
Users can activate bulk editing through the Feature management workspace if it is not already available in their version of D365 F&O.
To use bulk editing, users need to select the rows they want to edit by clicking checkboxes next to each row in the grid.
The Edit Menu, represented by three dots on the right side of the grid, allows users to access the bulk editing feature.
In the editing headquarters dialog box, users can choose specific columns to update for the selected rows and enter new values.
Only editable fields within the grid can be modified using bulk editing.
After entering the new values, users can apply the changes by clicking the "Apply" button, which triggers the bulk editing magic and ensures data accuracy.
Mastering bulk editing empowers users to work more efficiently in D365 F&O, allowing them to focus on tasks that drive value for their business and contribute to a stronger D365 F&O community.
