Voyage involves distinct movement from outbound to inbound locations through specific destinations.
Costs can be automatically added to voyages with various options and cost bases available.
Landed cost does preliminary posting of estimated costs and reverses them when actual costs are billed.
Key terminologies for Landed cost include auto cost, cost type, goods in transit, journey template, port, shipping container, shipping container type, vessel, and voyage.
Landed cost parameters include General, Costing, Validation, and Defaults tabs.
General tab settings include options for shipping rates and exchange rates.
Costing tab settings include options for posting specifications, purchase order invoices, zero costs, adjustment posting dates, and more.
Validation tab settings include options for accepting, warning, or error messages, and Default tab settings include journal types for each journal.
