The article focuses on how Microsoft Copilot enhances project planning for Project Managers.
With Microsoft Copilot Preview enabled, a new ribbon menu appears on the project form.
The chat integration feature allows for Project Plan creation, Risk Assessments, and Status Reporting.
Task Plans can be easily generated by opening the Copilot group in the ribbon and selecting Task Plan.
The Task Plan generation is immediate and does not replace any existing tasks.
Project Task results depend on the Project Name and Description provided.
It is recommended to avoid enabling Previews in productive environments and to access the Copilot Feature through the Project Parameter setting.
