Colleague contacted about setting up VAT reporting for Germany using LCS Shared Asset Library
Shared Asset Library in EU LCS tenant was empty, Microsoft had not populated it
Solution: Ensure in United States region before logging into LCS
Project list in LCS will be empty, go to Shared Asset Library
Data Packages
Download the package needed, then log out, switch region, and log in again
To add package to projects Asset Library, upload it after logging in
Important reminder: Project list will be empty initially, it is by design
