Issues with DBsync step during deploy

The author encountered an issue with a step not working correctly when deploying a customization package to a newly deployed config environment.
The error in the runbook log indicated that Table Sync Failed for Table: SQLDICTIONARY due to TableID not being generated for the table AmcBankReconciliations.
Despite confusion about the sync process, the author sought help from colleagues and was advised to start Visual Studio and perform a DB Sync, which was not a typical solution.
Instead of using Visual Studio in a non-Visual Studio environment, the author opted for using d365fo.tools to perform the sync with the command Invoke-D365DBSync.
After the sync process using d365fo.tools, the deployment was successfully resumed and completed without any issues.
