Create a Word/PDF in ER (II)

Open the Word document and enable the 'Developer' tab if not visible
Use the XML Mapping Pane to select the 'Report' format
Add a header by inserting elements from the XML Mapping pane
Change the design of elements by adding a letter before and after and then deleting
Place elements inside a table to keep it organized
Insert the logo as a 'Picture'
Create a table with two rows for the body, ensuring rows don't split between pages
Add a footer, save the document, and re-upload it to make necessary adjustments.
